The NESN operation is based on a combination of national coverage with local service.
NESN has a central contact centre facility from where service requests are logged onto our web based job management system. Our web system can also be utilised directly by clients for job booking.
From here they are picked up by the local NESN Member who as well as being fully skilled, accredited and trained are also – without exception – independent service engineers with established concerns in their own right.
All 170 independent Service Providers (Members) are dedicated specialists, whose sole aim is to carry out repairs, installations and servicing quickly and efficiently.
Due to our fairly unique organisational design, NESN has the ability to shift and change more rapidly than the more traditional directly owned organisation, delivering the flexibility and scalability the market increasingly needs.
