NESN has a central call centre facility from where requests are dispatched electronically to the appropriate local service engineer. As well as being fully skilled, accredited and trained, these engineers are also – without exception – independent, established concerns in their own right. All these 140 independent Service Providers are dedicated specialists, whose sole aim is to carry out repairs, installations and servicing quickly and efficiently. Due to our fairly unique organisational design, NESN has the ability to shift and change more rapidly than the more traditional directly owned organisation, delivering the flexibility and scalability the market increasingly needs. |
